Who we are looking for
Specialists, not generalists.
We do the strategy and the client relationship. You do the thing you are best at. We are building the bench across six disciplines.
Designers and art directors
Brand identity, campaign creative, landing pages and design kits. Design that sells, not design that wins awards.
Photographers and videographers
Product, venue, food and founder shoots. Short-form video for social. Often on location, so local specialists matter here.
Copywriters and content creators
Offers, landing pages, email and SMS sequences, social captions and long-form. Writing that earns the click and the reply.
Web developers
Framer, Webflow, Shopify and WordPress. Booking flows, checkouts, tracking and the fixes that stop a website leaking.
Paid ads specialists
Meta, Google and TikTok. Set up, run and report against one number, with the budget sized by the diagnostic, not by habit.
Something else
Motion, illustration, SEO, CRM and automation, local market knowledge in NZ, the UK or Asia. If it moves a client's number, we want to hear from you.

Agreed per job, up front. No hourly surprises in either direction, and no chasing us for scope creep we caused.

One person to answer to, who wrote the brief and knows the client. Feedback comes from them, consolidated, once per round.
